1. Completed Move
It’s never a bad idea to brag on an accomplishment. Moving is hard! Share a status about how your day went and include a picture of you on the move. You can talk about an obstacle you encountered and how great it felt to overcome it or share how smooth the day went. Just be real. Share your accomplishments to inspire others.
2. Favorite Item Moved
Make every post positive and interesting and show that you really love what you do. Maybe you’re really into music and your customer has a killer guitar collection or even a huge liquor cabinet with a great selection. Have fun with this and share it. Cool items like these can be great conversation starters on Facebook.
3. Move Day
Most moves have to happen in rain or shine, right? Of course it’s not ideal to hoist a couch up in the truck during a downpour, but sometimes you don’t have a choice. Make the most of these situations. Share a picture and showcase that nothing can bring you down and you provide the best service in any situation.
4. Customer Feedback
When someone takes the time out of their day to write a good review, don’t be shy – share with the world! Don’t downplay your successes. Posting a good review on your social media page shows how grateful you are for the feedback and positivity sells on social media!
5. Company News
Did you recently receive your Diamond Certification? Were you featured in the newspaper or local tv news station? Share with your friends! Tell them how they can support you and get involved and they will share in your excitement. Don’t forget to thank those who made it possible to show your appreciation.
6. New Truck
So you were able to afford that new truck you’ve been wanting? Awesome! Get excited and be proud of the growth! Post a picture of the new truck and ask friends to look for you on the road.
7. Ask a Question
Involve your audience! People love to be involved and feel important. Do you have a strong opinion about something happening in the industry? Instead of just sharing your thoughts, provide an outlet for discussion and learning by asking your friends what they think.
8. Industry News
It’s important to share what’s happening in the industry as a whole and not just within your company. Post an article or story about the moving industry at least once a week. By doing this you’re creating value for your audience and becoming a trusted source to the community for topics surrounding the industry.
9. Giving Back
Get involved in the community and help make a difference. Anytime you can help out and spread kindness, share it with your friends on social media. Get your name out there as a company that’s generous and caring and inspire others to help out in their communities as well.
10. Highlight a Team Member
Recognize employees for their hard work and contribution to making the business thrive. Post a picture of them with a small summary as to why this person deserves appreciation and be sure to include your company logo somewhere in the photo. Happy employees = happy customers.
